Berna is the founder of B Lubbe &Associate Attorneys, which she established in March 1998. Berna’s company is based on the ideals and individualised service which have become a consistent feature of her firm for the past two decades. Berna began practising law inCape Town in 1990, she is an Attorney, Conveyancer, and Notary. Berna spent three years working in the Master’s Office in Bloemfontein. This means that she has extensive knowledge about how the process of the administration of DeceasedEstates works. Some of Berna’s areas of expertise include Wills, Administration of Deceased Estates, Estate Planning, and Contracts. Chanté began her career in the property field, and in 2016, she began working for a well-known auditing firm in Cape Town as an Administrator of Estates. Since joining B Lubbe & Associates in 2018, she has played a vital role in the Estates Department and assumed the position of an Estates Specialist. In addition, Chanté received her advanced certification in the Administration of Deceased Estates and Wills from the Law Society in 2021. You will struggle to find a duo more capable than Berna and Chanté in the field of administering deceased Estates and drafting a last Will and Testament. They are hardworking, dedicated, loyal, and will go above and beyond for each of their clients.
