The funeral parlor or undertaker will issue this after the burial or cremation.
Will I have access to Estate funds while the Estate is being wound up?
During the administration process, the dependents (i.e. surviving spouse
or children) can be assisted financially with approval from the Master of theHigh Court.
What must I do when a loved one dies?
Notify Sempre Trust CC or the institution where the original Will is held.If no Will exists, Sempre Trust CC is able to assist you to obtain an appointment as Executor from the Master of the High Court and to wind up the Estate in terms of the Intestate Succession Act.
